What should I do if my order was damaged or delivered incorrectly?

We're sorry you had a problem with your order. Please take a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

How do I return an item or get a refund?

You can send the package back to us within 14 days. Use the cancellation form or send us an email in advance. As soon as we receive the package back, we will refund you the amount.

When will my order be delivered?

You can track your order using the tracking number, which you can find under " My Orders ".
If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service team.
